Ginger

Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or ginger, is extensively used as a spice and a peoples medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual pseudostems approximately one meter tall bearing slim leaf blades. The inflorescences undergo plant life having light yellow petals with pink edges, and rise up without delay from the rhizome on separate shoots.

Ginger produces clusters of white and red flower buds that bloom into yellow plant life. Because of its aesthetic attraction and the edition of the plant to heat climates, it's miles frequently used as landscaping round subtropical homes. It is a perennial reed-like plant with annual leafy stems, approximately a meter (three to four feet) tall. Traditionally, the rhizome is accrued whilst the stalk withers; it's miles right now scalded, or washed and scraped, to kill it and save you sprouting.
